Routes Reports

Export Routes

The Export Stops report is a customizable CSV or PDF document that provides detailed information about selected routes. Users can choose specific data to include using checkboxes, tailoring the report to their needs.

Options include:

  • Including or excluding students
  • Displaying students at both pickup and drop-off stops
  • Including or excluding driver notes
  • Showing or hiding guardian phone numbers
  • Displaying students on transfer buses
  • Including or excluding stops with no students
  • Showing or hiding wait times
  • Displaying or hiding school information at school stops
  • Including or excluding trip stop tasks
  • Showing or hiding trip duration and distance
  • Including or excluding total duration per trip and per route
  • Including or excluding driving directions
  • Customizing street names in directions to appear in all capital letters
  • Showing or hiding turn icons and distances in driving directions
  • Choosing to reset or continue page numbering for each route
  • Starting new trips on odd-numbered pages

Additionally, the report allows customization of font size and page size to suit formatting preferences.

Route Sheet

The Route Sheet is a PDF document that provides essential route details in a clear and organized format. It includes the route number, bus number, driver’s name, bus aide or monitor’s name, and any relevant driver notes.

Stops are listed in chronological order, along with stop names and turn-by-turn directions for the entire route. This report is commonly used as a reference for drivers, serving as a reliable guide for navigating their assigned routes.

It can be downloaded from Routes > Reports > Route Sheet. 

Driver Notes

The Driver Notes report is a PDF document that provides route-specific notes intended for the driver. It includes important information and instructions tailored to each route to support safe and efficient transportation.

Student Summary

The Student Summary Report is a PDF that provides detailed information for each student assigned to a specified route, organized by route and driver. Students are listed in stop order, along with the corresponding stop name.

For each student, the report includes:

  • Full name
  • Attending school
  • Grade level
  • Date of birth
  • Home address
  • Parent or guardian contact information

This report is useful for gaining a comprehensive view of student assignments and contact details along each route.

Route Summary

The Route Summary Report is a CSV file that provides key details for each route in a structured, easy-to-analyze format. It includes the following information:

  • Route name
  • Trip name
  • Driver name
  • Bus aide or monitor name
  • School code
  • School name
  • Tier number
  • Route distance
  • Deadhead mileage
  • Trip duration
  • AM/PM session indicator
  • Start and end times
  • Number of students
  • Last updated timestamp

This CSV format allows staff to efficiently filter, sort, and analyze route data, making it a valuable tool for planning and operational oversight.

Bus Manifest

The Bus Manifest Report is primarily used for PM routes to document student drop-offs. It provides a structured format for staff and parents to sign off, confirming that each student has been safely dropped off at their designated stop.

This report supports accountability and enhances student safety during afternoon transportation.

Roll Call Sheet

The Roll Call Report is designed to monitor daily student ridership on school buses. It provides detailed information including route data, trip names, vehicle numbers, and driver names. The report may also include trip stops where no students are present.

Daily Report

The Daily Report is a PDF-format document generated for a specified date range—typically covering a school week or an entire month. It includes key details such as the start date of the selected range, route name, trip name, start and end times, mileage, and the number of students.

Seating Chart

The Seating Chart Report is generated based on the customized seating plan created for each route. This plan can include personalized labels and student names, designated wheelchair-accessible seats, emergency exit seats, and indicators for available or unavailable seating. Once students are assigned to specific seats, this information is compiled and presented in the Seating Chart Report.
