The system is designed to automatically return you to your last worked school session when you log out.
For example, if a user has been working on changes in the 23-24 session, they should be returned to that session when they next log in.
However, there are a few reasons this may not be occurring.
Multiple computers are logged in with the same user account
If multiple users are logged in with the same user account, the system cannot guarantee that you can return to the years you last worked on.
Opening the site via browser bookmarks
This may also happen if you open the routing website through your bookmarks.
It's important to ensure that only the base URL is bookmarked: https://routing.app-garden.com/XXXX. Anything after the XXXX in the URL could point to a specific tab and session. If the URL with a specific session is bookmarked, it may continue to return you to that session.
Page is accessed by typing the URL into your browser and selecting a suggested link
If the page is accessed by typing the website name into the URL and then choosing the suggested link, the URL may pull the link to a previous session.
