The Clock In/Out tab on the SafeDriver 360 app is integrated with the Staff Time and Attendance function in EZRouting. Staff can clock in and out using the app, and administrators can monitor these activities in the EZRouting system.
This feature allows administrators to select different methods for how staff can clock in or out. If you're an administrator, go to the Settings page in EZRouting, open the General menu, and click Staff Time and Attendance. From this page, you can choose the appropriate check-in method for your staff.
Clock-In/Out Options:

Selecting None allows staff to clock in or out freely, without any location restrictions. They can simply tap the Clock In/Out button in the SafeDriver 360 app from any location. -
Geofence
This option lets administrators draw designated areas—such as one for clocking in and another for clocking out.-
Staff can only clock in when their location (represented by a blue dot) is within the green clock-in area.

They can only clock out if within the red clock-out area.

If a staff member tries to clock out while outside the red zone, the system will display a message: "You are not in the area that can clock out."
Remember to click the Save button after setting up the geofence areas.

QR Code
Administrators can generate QR codes in EZRouting and place them at specific locations such as a bus garage, department office, or similar.-
Staff must scan the QR code to clock in or out.

The QR code can be generated by clicking the Print QR Code button in EZRouting.

When a staff member taps the Clock In button in the SafeDriver 360 app, the app will activate the device camera to scan the QR code.

Viewing Timesheets:

Administrators can view staff timesheets in the Staff tab in EZRouting.

Drivers can view only their own timesheet in the SafeDriver 360 app by tapping the History button in the top-right corner.
