Knowledge Base:
The EZTransportation knowledge base is always available at https://ez-support.transact.com. Here, you will find answers to common questions via article and video examples. You will also be able to submit support requests directly to our team.
Requesting Support:
Via Email:
You can always submit a request via email to ez-support@transact.com. This can be especially useful when you are not logged in to the platform or near a desktop computer, etc. Sending a note to this address has the same effect as reaching out via Widget or Web Form.
Via Support Portal (https://ez-support.transact.com):
As shown below, a link to the request form can be found in the upper right corner of the support portal page. Once clicked, you will be able to enter your request + submit it to us.
Via Application Widget:
Once you are logged in, you will see the support widget in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click on it, and you will be able to submit your request via the widget itself.
Reminders:
• Please do not send support requests to your former implementation contact directly. For best and fastest response, please use any of the methods listed above.
• Please be as specific as possible with your requests – we always appreciate examples and screen-shots.
• Please allow up to 2 business hours for a reply, though we will try to get back in touch faster than that. Our business hours are 8a – 5p ET M-F, US holidays excluded.
