The Clock In/Out tab on the SafeDriver 360 app is integrated with the Staff Time and Attendance feature in EZRouting. Staff can clock in and out using the app, and administrators can monitor these activities in the routing system.
This function allows administrators to choose how staff members clock in and out. To configure these options:

Go to the Settings page in EZRouting.

Open the General menu.

Click Staff Time and Attendance.
On this page, you'll see several clock-in method options:
1. None
If this option is selected, staff can clock in and out without any restrictions—regardless of their location—simply by tapping the clock in/out button in the SafeDriver 360 app.
2. Geofence
With this option, administrators can draw designated geographic areas for clocking in and out:

A green area for clocking in.

A red area for clocking out.
Staff must be within the specified area to complete the action.
For example:-
If the staff member’s current location (represented by a blue dot) is inside the green area, they can clock in.

If they are outside the red area, they will not be able to clock out, and the system will display a message:
"You are not in the area that can clock out."
Be sure to click the Save button after configuring geofence settings.
3. QR Code
Administrators can generate QR codes in EZRouting and place them in designated locations such as bus garages, department offices, or entryways.

To clock in or out, staff must scan the QR code using the SafeDriver 360 app.

When a staff member taps the Clock In button, the app will activate the camera to scan the QR code.

QR codes can be generated by clicking the Print QR Code button in EZRouting.
Viewing Timesheets:-
Administrators can view staff timesheets under the Staff tab in EZRouting.

Drivers can view their own timesheet in the SafeDriver 360 app by tapping the History button in the top-right corner.
This flexibility ensures accurate tracking while supporting varying operational preferences for school transportation teams.
