When using the SafeDriver 360 app, you may receive a warning message on the Running a Trip tab that says:
"No route is available for you today."This message can be triggered for several reasons:
1. Driver Account Not Assigned to Any Route
One common reason is that the driver account is not assigned to a route.
For example, Bob Hanks is a full-time driver, but when reviewing his calendar, we find that he has not been assigned to any routes. As a result, when Bob logs into SafeDriver 360, no route is available for him to run.2. The Date Is Not Covered by the School Session
Another possible reason is that the current date is not within the active school session.
For example, if today is April 12, 2021, but the school session starts on April 13, 2021, there will be no route available for that day when logging into SafeDriver 360.3. The Assigned Route Is Not Scheduled to Run Today
Lastly, the assigned route may not be scheduled to run on the current day.
For instance, Allen Avons is assigned to Bus 05, which is scheduled to run on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. If today is Monday, then when Allen logs into SafeDriver 360, no route will be available for him.In each of these cases, the issue can be resolved by verifying the driver’s route assignment, the active school session dates, and the scheduled days for the assigned route.
